Hotel Rooms
IEBA 2009 will be held at the Nashville Hilton Downtown. Room rates start at $169/night plus tax. There is a limited number of rooms available at this rate so book early. A second block of rooms will be available at the rate of $199/night plus tax. Book your room online or call the Nashville Hilton Downtown directly at 615-620-1000.


 
Conference Registration is Non-Refundable after July 31.
 Early-bird rate: $470 (Available through August 8)
         Includes:

  • Full conference access to IEBA events published in the official agenda beginning Oct. 11 at 5:00 PM through Oct. 13 at midnight. This includes all published meals and cocktail receptions.
  • IEBA Honors at the historic Ryman Auditorium on Monday, Oct. 12

 
Non-member rate: $595 (Price includes membership fee)
         Includes:

  • Professional membership in IEBA for one year
  • Full conference access to IEBA events published in the official agenda beginning Oct. 11 at 5:00 PM through Oct. 13 at midnight. This includes all published meals and cocktail receptions.
  • IEBA Honors at the historic Ryman Auditorium on Monday, Oct. 12

 
Student rate: $295 (Must be a current student during conference or IEBA reserves the right to cancel the registration with no refund)
         Includes:

  • Full conference access to IEBA events published in the official agenda beginning Oct. 11 at 5:00 PM through Oct. 13 at midnight. This includes all published meals and cocktail receptions.
  • IEBA Honors at the historic Ryman Auditorium on Monday, Oct. 12

 
Spouse rate: $295 (Must be purchased by current IEBA member)
         Includes:
